3. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the Customer and may change if the scope of work changes.

4. Scheduling and Completion

  • We will schedule Services at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
  • While we strive to complete work within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will inform you of any significant changes to the schedule.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 40% of the total quote is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment in cash, check, and bank transfer.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service.
  • A cancellation fee of the quote may apply if notice is not provided within this timeframe.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the property and ensure it is safe for us to perform the Services.
  • Remove any personal items from the work area to prevent damage.
  • Inform us of any hazards or concerns related to the property.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We provide a warranty on our products and services. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature.
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the Customer.

9. Liability

  • We are insured and will take necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services provided shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the court.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Bitmoore Group operates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication to you.
